Expiration of the five-year period for the collection of fiscal year 2016 dividend

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2016 dividend expires on December 31st, 2022. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2016 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, persons responsible: Mr Ioannis Dimakis & Mr Symeon Lymperakis – telephone numbers: + 30 210 809 4194 & + 30 210 809 4204 respectively). After December 31st, 2022 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
