Appointment of Strategic Corporate Planning & Development General Manager

According to article no. 2 of HCMC Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 it is hereby announced that following a decision of the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. dated March 9th, 2011 Mr. Michael Stiakakis was appointed General Manager of the Strategic Corporate Planning & Development General Division (previously named Corporate Planning General Division). Mr. Stiakakis keeps the position of General Manager Refinery Manufacturing with Mr. George Chlivinos as Deputy General Manager. The Company Board also elected Mr. Stiakakis as Executive member in the place of Mrs. Despoina N. Manolis who resigned.
