Amendment of Organization Chart, appointment of Administration & HR General Manager, Board reorganization as a Body Corporate

In the context of article 2 of HCMC Decision 3/347/12/7.2005 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that following a decision of its Board of Directors dated 28/01/2011 the Company’s Administration & Human Resources Department was upgraded to General Division status and Mr. Th. Chr. Voutsaras was appointed Administration & Human Resources General Manager. Furthermore, during the Re-organization of the Board as a Body Corporate, Mr. Voutsaras was elected as Executive BoD Member (from non-executive).
