Announcement in the Context of Law 3556/2007

It is hereby announced that on May 11th, 2010, Mr. John V. Vardinoyannis, Executive Vice – Chairman of the Board of Directors (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), bought 200,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  €1,800,000.
