Shareholder Voting Rights Percentage Change Announcement Pursuant to Law 3556/2007

According to the article 9, paragraph 1 of the Law 3556/2007, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. announces that on May 3rd and 4th, 2010 its shareholder under the legal name PETROSHARES LIMITED sold 680,000 shares and, as a result, its direct stake in the company decreased from 10.54% to 9.92%.
