Announcement in the context of the Law 3556/2007 - Acknowledgment of Transactions

It is hereby announced that PIRAEUS BANK S.A. engaged in the following transactions involving MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares:

α) On October 16^th 2012, sale of 20,000 shares of total value  EURO 138,518.40.

b) On October 17^th 2012, sale of 20,000 shares of total value  EURO 138,011.49.

c) On October 17^th 2012, acquisition of 98,329 shares of total value  EURO 678,470.10 transferred from the SAT account of ATEbank.

This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and at the same time participates in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
