Three-Year EURO 60 million Bank Loan
MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that on December 31, 2012 it raised a EURO 60 million 3-year loan from HSBC BANK PLC (London) with a bullet re-payment on January 5, 2016. From the above loan, the amount of EURO 40 million regards refinancing of existing working capital and the amount of EURO 20 million regards new financing.
