It is hereby announced that on October 10th, 2013 the wife of Mr. Ioannis Dimakis sold 1,125 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 10,046.25. Mr. Ioannis Dimakis is Corporate Announcements Officer at MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. and, therefore, a person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005.
