Acknowledgement of Stock Exchange Transaction Pursuant to Article 24 of the Law 3461/2006
According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that during the session of Monday, June 30th, 2014 it acquired 1,352,261 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.70 per share. As a result of this transaction, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. owns 17,512,250 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A., corresponding to 65.68% of the voting rights of the latter.
