Acknowledgement of Stock Exchange Transactions Pursuant to Article 24 of the Law 3461/2006

According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that it acquired shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. at the price of Euro 0.70 per share, as follows:

a) During the session of Tuesday, July 1st, 2014, purchase of 167,592 shares and  

b) During the session of Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014, purchase of 64,178 shares.

As a result of these transactions, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. now owns 17,744,020 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. corresponding to 66.54% of the voting rights of the latter.
