Acknowledgement of Stock Exchange Transaction Pursuant to Article 24 of the Law 3461/2006

According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that during the session of Wednesday, August 20^th, 2014 it acquired 4,978 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.70 per share. As a result of this transaction, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. owns 23,944,311 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A., corresponding to 89.80% of the voting rights of the latter.
