It is hereby announced that on October 16^th, 2014, Ms Niki Stoufi, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), bought 1,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 5,900.
