Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Acknowledgment of Transactions

It is hereby announced that Ms Niki Stoufi, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors (person obliged to acknowledge her stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), bought MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares as follows:

a) On October 29^th, 2014, purchase of 500 shares of total value  EURO 2,900 and

b) On October 30^th, 2014, purchase of 500 shares of total value  EURO 2,800.
