Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007 - Acknowledgment of Transactions
It is hereby announced that on February 3rd, 2015 Mr. Ioannis Dimakis, Corporate Announcements Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), sold 2,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 14,100.
On the same day, the daughter of Mr. Ioannis Dimakis (related person) sold 3,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 20,550.
