Tzannetakis – respectively Chairman of the Board, Executive Vice Chairman of the Board and Deputy Managing Director of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A.) sold 200,500 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value Euro 4,070,150.
