Expiration of the five year period for the collection of fiscal year 2012 dividend

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the five-year period available for the collection of the year 2012 dividend expires on December 31^st, 2018. Company shareholders entitled to the year 2012 dividend, who for whatever reason have not collected it, can contact the Shareholders’ Department (12A Irodou Attikou str., 151 24 Maroussi, tel. + 30 210 8094187 – person responsible: Ms Kalliontzaki). After December 31^st, 2018 dividends not collected will be written off in favor of the Hellenic State.
