MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that on December 31, 2012 it raised a EURO 60 million 3-year loan from HSBC BANK PLC (London) with a bullet re-payment on January 5, 2016. From the above loan, the amount of EURO 40 million regards refinancing of existing working capital and the amount of EURO 20 million regards new financing.

It is hereby announced that on December 28^th 2012, PIRAEUS BANK S.A. sold 4,629 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 38,698.44. This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. George P. Alexandridis participates in the Board of PIRAEUS BANK S.A. as an Independent Non-Executive Member and, at the same time, in the Board of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. as Non-Executive Member.
