With reference to the announcement dated 28 May 2021, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A informs the investment public that during the session of 31 May 2021 of the Athens Exchange it sold the 96,353 own shares it had acquired in the context of the share buyback program pursuant to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated 6 June 2018. The average selling price per share was 13.50 Euro. The stock exchange transactions were effected through the ATHEX member PIRAEUS SECURITIES.
Following the above, the Company is in possession of 241,494 own shares (0.22% of the share capital) acquired in the context of the share buyback program pursuant to the decision of the Annual Ordinary General Assembly dated 17 June 2020.
