MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby notifies that on 30 April 2024 the following Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMRs) acquired, by the means of Over the Counter Transactions, Company shares as follows:

It is pointed out that the above PDMRs acquired Company shares exercising their stock options to purchase shares at the Grant Price of Euro 13.47 per share following the relevant decision of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 22 March 2023.
Moreover, on 30 April 2024 Mr. Nikolaos K. Giannakakis, the IT General Manager of the Company, following the decision of the above-mentioned Extraordinary General Assembly, acquired free of payment 891 Company shares of value Euro 24,199.56.
All share values mentioned in the present announcement have been calculated based on the closing price of the Company’s share on the ATHEX trading session of 30 April 2024.
The Company used shares from its treasury stock portfolio to facilitate the above share transfers to the beneficiaries.
The present announcement is issued in accordance with the article 19 of the EU Regulation 596/2014.

Completion of the procedure for the transfer of treasury shares to executives
MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A., following the announcement dated 29 April 2024, hereby announces that the transfer by way of Over-the-Counter Transactions (OTC) of 182,120 treasury shares to the personal S.A.T. accounts of eight executives of the Company and the Group was completed on 30 April 2024.
Following the above transactions, the number of treasury stock shares owned by the Company equals 2,503,598 corresponding to 2.26% of its share capital.
