Acknowledgement of stock exchange transaction pursuant to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006.

According to article 24 of the Law 3461/2006, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that during the session of Monday June 23^rd, 2014 it acquired 63,987 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. at a price of Euro 0.70 per share. As a result of this transaction, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. owns 13,787,900 shares issued by CYCLON HELLAS S.A. corresponding to 51.71% of the voting rights of the latter.
