Acquisition of 26.71% stake in CYCLON HELLAS S.A.

Following the decisions by the Extraordinary General Assembly of Company shareholders dated March 29^th, 2012, MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces that the stock exchange transaction (by the means of block trade) for the purchase of 7,122,222 CYCLON HELLAS shares at a price of Euro 0.50 per share was effected on April 10^th, 2012.

The above shares represent 26.71% of the share capital and of the voting rights of CYCLON HELLAS S.A.
