Announcement in the Context of Law 3556/2007

It is hereby announced that the individuals listed hereunder (both obliged to acknowledge their stock exchange transactions on the Company’s shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), purchased Company shares as follows:

a)Mr. Demosthenes N. Vardinoyannis, Non-Executive BoD Member: 4,000 shares of total value €47,360 on September 15th, 2008.

b)Mr. Theodore Porfyris, Chief Accountant: 210 shares of total value  €2,457 on September 15th, 2008 and 790 shares of total value  €9,211.40 on September 16th, 2008.
