Announcement in the Context of Law 3556/2007 - Acknowledgment of Transactions

It is hereby announced that the Legal Entity under the name ALLSPORT S.A. bought MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares as follows:

a) On February 5^th, 2015, purchase of 1,000 shares of total value  EUR 6,830.
b) On February 6^th, 2015, purchase of 3,000 shares of total value  EUR 21,086.44.

This announcement is made in the context of article 6, paragraph 1(b) case (iv) of the Capital Market Commission Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, considering that Mr. John V. Vardinoyannis is Executive Vice Chairman of the BoD of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. and, at the same time, Chairman of the BoD of ALLSPORT S.A.
