Announcement in the context of the Law 3556/2007

It is hereby announced that on July 26th, 2007 the Corporate Announcements Officer Mr. Ioannis Dimakis (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on the Company´ s shares according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005) bought 1,500 Company shares of total value € 28,260.
