Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Acknowledgment of Transaction
It is hereby announced that on May 5th, 2017 Mr. Petros T. Tzannetakis, Deputy Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. purchased 300 Company shares of total value EURO 4,602.
Mr. Tzannetakis is a person obliged to acknowledge his Stock Exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 19 of E.U. Regulation 596/2014 and article 13 of the Law 3340/2005.
