Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on February 9th, 2012, the son (related person) of Mr. Ioannis Dimakis sold 1,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 6,090. Mr. Ioannis Dimakis is Corporate Announcements Officer and, according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005, a person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares.
