It is hereby announced that on October 10^th, 2014, Mr. Loukas Tripelopoulos, Investor Relations Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), bought 800 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  EURO 5,240.
