Announcement in the context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on October 15^th, 2014, Mr. Theodore Porfyris, Chief Accountant (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), bought 2,000 Company shares of total value EURO 12,220.
