Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on January 23rd, 2015, Ms Niki Stoufi, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors (person obliged to acknowledge her stock exchange transactions on Company shares according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), sold 2,000 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value  EURO 12,480.
