Announcement in the Context of the Law 3556/2007: Transaction Acknowledgment

It is hereby announced that on September 5^th, 2012 Mr. Spyros Balezos, Investor Relations Officer (person obliged to acknowledge his stock exchange transactions on Company shares, according to article 13 of the Law 3340/2005), purchased 2,500 MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. shares of total value EURO 12,784.05.
