Announcement of business developments

MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that it will submit a letter of interest for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of “PUBLIC GAS CORPORATION GROUP” (DEPA), together with “MYTILINEOS S.A. – GROUP OF COMPANIES” and “M and M NATURAL GAS S.A.” which has been jointly established by the two Groups. The latter has been defined as joint venture leader for the purposes of the expression of interest mentioned above with a percentage participation of 34% while the two groups will participate with 33% each. The DEPA wholly owned subsidiary “HELLENIC GAS TRANSMISSION SYSTEM OPERATOR S.A.” does not form part of the interest of the joint venture.

The Company will inform the investment public and the competent authorities in case there is a specific development in respect of the tender procedural matters.
