Clarification announcement in the context of Law 3556/2007

With reference to its previous announcement made earlier today, MOTOR OIL )HELLAS) S.A. clarifies that the stock exchange transaction (purchase) of Mr. Petros T. Tzannetakis (Deputy Managing Director – Chief Financial Officer and Executive BoD Member) took place on Thursday, June 23rd, 2011 and not on Friday, June 24th  2011 (as originally announced).
