Outcome of the statutory Tax Audit for the fiscal year 2009

In the context of the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (section 4.1.3.1), MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) S.A. hereby announces the completion of the statutory tax audit for the fiscal year 2009. According to the outcome of the tax audit, the additional net tax liability for the Company amounts to Euro 1,053 thousand and will be charged against the earnings of the fiscal year 2011.
