MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 23^rd, 2022 it effected purchases of 12,348 Company shares of total value EUR 267,501.84 (average price per share: EUR 21.664). 

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,918,939 corresponding to 1.73% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 16.132 per share.
