MOTOR OIL (HELLAS) CORINTH REFINERIES S.A. hereby announces that on December 29^th, 2022 it effected purchases of 6,000 Company shares of total value EUR 130,401.94 (average price per share: EUR 21.7337).

The aggregate number of treasury stock in possession of the Company equals 1,941,539 corresponding to 1.75% of its share capital. The average price of the own shares purchased by the Company equals EUR 16.20 per share.
