Retirement of Executive

According to the article 2 of the Decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, it is hereby announced that Mr. Constantinos Vassilakis General Manager of Corporate Planning gave up his post due to retirement on December 29th, 2006.
